My interview with Jim East deeply moved me. He has a compelling story about growing up in the charismatic church and coming out a gay man. Jim tells the story about the complex relationship he had with the church he loved, but also knowing they would reject him because of his sexuality. As Jim describes his journey he navigates his professional life, his personal life and his spirituality. This is a must listen to episode for all people dealing with issues of sexuality and the fundamentalist church. Thank you Jim for your vulnerability.
